It seems like everyday we have a new account that we need to set up: mortgage, checking account, savings account, or frequent flyer program. It becomes a bit difficult to remember all of those passwords and most IT security professionals would never suggest that you have the same password for every account. This poses a problem. How do I track all of my accounts in one place while maintaining security and convenience?
Simple, the answer is Yodlee. Yodlee's Money Center is a free, web-based tool that will track all of your accounts and allow you to log in to them using one password. I have been using it for years and the program keeps getting better. The list of accounts available for you is pretty exhaustive. Most banks, lenders, utilities, frequent flyer, or brokerage companies are available. If not, you can still manually add them to keep tabs on your net worth.
Set up will take a few minutes, so gather your passwords and sign up. You will be amazed at how much time you will save by not having to remember each password, or do any manual calculations to track what you are spending your money on.

In fairness, there are tracking websites, too, such as Mint that will do pretty much the same thing and you might like it better. I did just read that Intuit, the makers of Quicken, are buying Mint, so ideally, the program gets even better. Either way, you can't lose with these sites.
